HyperLink This project includes five fully developed office pads in Fossil Creek Office Park, located three blocks south of Harmony Road off College Avenue, in Fort Collins, Colorado. Fossil Creek Office Park is a successful office park, which our company planned, received approvals for and has built out with the exception of these five office pads. It is covenant-controlled, with an Office Owner Association handling all management and maintenance. Strict design, signage and parking requirements are in place, as well as the usual covenant provisions. All five lots will accommodate office buildings of 6,200 square feet. Each office building is designed to be sold as an entire building, or as up to four office condominiums. Read more about the project
HyperLink This project includes two fully developed office pads in Promontory Office Park, located on Boardwalk Avenue in Fort Collins, just east of the post office. Promontory Office Park is a successful office park, which our company planned, received approvals for and has built out with the exception of these two office pads. It is covenant-controlled, with an Office Owner Association handling all management and maintenance. Strict design, signage and parking requirements are in place, as well as the usual covenant provisions. One lot will accommodate an office building of 8,080 square feet and the other will accommodate one of 6,200 square feet. HyperLink Redtail Ponds Office Campus is planned to include four office buildings, three with 18,268 square feet and one with 15,664 square feet for a total of 70,468 square feet. All four buildings will have elevators, under-building parking, adjacent parking, nine foot ceilings, stunning mountain, ponds and open space views, three levels of new A+ office space with the premium third floor suites having large decks. All buildings are designed and will be constructed with “green” materials and will be engineered for high-energy efficiency, and LEED certified. They will be the first office buildings in Fort Collins to use “under floor air management systems,” which represent the state of the art for energy efficiency, with projected energy savings of 50%.
